As part of this effort, one room and shared facility, including meeting rooms, in Nomura’s serviced shared office “H¹O Shibuya Jinnan” will be provided as the “Women 1st Office in Shibuya”, to support female entrepreneurs.  The office is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Shibuya City Office and LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (Shibuya Public Hall). The aim is to experimentally create a place to grow together, with meeTalk providing support (mentorship from role models and experts, holding study sessions, etc.).
We are looking for female entrepreneurs who would like to join this program and supporters who can help us.

H¹O Shibuya Jinnan is already home to several female entrepreneurs: ChiCaRo, a company that develops avatar robots; PinpinKorori, a company that provides employment support for the elderly; TRULY, a company that operates media and consultation services for menopausal women; and FUN UP, a company that runs an accessories marketplace and provides D2C brand support.

It is also important for Shibuya City, which is working to promote diversity under the slogan “Shibuya-Transforming Differences into Strengths”, to provide more opportunities for female entrepreneurs in startups. The Shibuya City Office will continue to support female entrepreneurs to create a society where diverse people can realize their dreams.
